Speaker: Rev. Dr. Nicole C. Kirk

Rev. Dr. Nicole C. Kirk is the Rev. Dr. J. Frank and Alice Schulman Chair of Unitarian Universalist History at Meadville Lombard Theological School and a historian of American religious history. She has served UU congregations in Ohio and New Jersey and is currently the Program Minister (part-time) at All Souls Unitarian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Nicole Kirk is the Program Minister at All Souls and Chair of Unitarian Universalist History at Meadville Lombard Theological School in Chicago. At All Souls, Nicole combines her experience as a UU minister and educator to support the congregation’s education programs and justice work. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Nicole earned her Master of Divinity at Vanderbilt and her PhD at Princeton Theological Seminary in American Religious History. She lives in Tulsa. Nicole is the author of Wanamaker’s Temple: The Business of Religion in an Iconic Department.
