Laura Luna was a foster child who was adopted into a family with an atheist mother and a Christian father. She graduated from UCR and became a teacher. She enjoys traveling the world, including Italy, the country of St. Valentine. She gave birth to a child with autism and has become a mystic, spiritual thinker, and free spirit. She is the current president of the Women’s Federation at UUCR.
Service Video. We will learn about world Autism Awareness month from a person who has a son with autism. Hopefully, after the presentation, we will be more comfortable living and socializing with those who have autism.
Service Video On Feb 11, we explored the tradition and origin of Valentine’s Day. Today we will continue the discussion by contemplating the nature of love in light of Valentine’s Day celebrations around the world, as well as cultures that forbid public demonstrations of romantic love.
