Speaker: Janice Rooths

Janice Rooths, MBA is a racial equity champion and the CEO of RootWize, an equity implementation firm. She resides in Riverside California and is a Co-Founder of Antiracist Riverside, Director of the Center Against Racism and Trauma, a member the Riverside Mayor’s Bipartisan Task Force, and is the 2021 recipient of the City of Riverside Dr. Carlos E. Cortes Award for Championing Diversity and Inclusivity. Janice has over 35 years of management consulting experience in strategic planning, operationalizing visions, project management, and community organizing. Janice holds a BA in Communication Arts from the College of New Rochelle and an MBA from University of California, Riverside. She has 3 children and a granddaughter. Her current hobby is watching Asian dramas.
