“But Are You Happy?,” by Rev. Scott Alexander

Most of us want to be happy… but happiness means different things to different people. What are the basic ingredients of happiness and how can we manifest them in our lives? Today’s reading “But Are You Happy?” reflects on the pursuit and attainment of happiness.

Rev. Scott Alexander is a third generation Unitarian Universalist, with a Master of Divinity from Starr King School for Ministry. He has 48 years of experience in the UU ministry, since being ordained at the First Church of Houlton, Maine, in 1974.

Alexander has completed five coast-to-coast charity bike rides to support local non-profit agencies working to end local poverty and hunger.
