The Leadership Traits of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

I would like to share with you the leadership traits of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr King was a transformational leader who listened to people.

Dr King was a leader who: 1. Challenged the status quo and encouraged followers to explore new ways of doing things. 2. A leader who offered support and encouragement to the people. 3. A leader who articulated a clear vision to followers; and 4. A leader who served as a role model for his followers.
