Meditation Summary: In the eternal nowness of the thrive and riot of life on our planet Earth, from barrier reefs, rain forests, boreal forests, tundra, fungal neural networks, micro and macrobiota in lakes, streams, grasslands and deserts, to the abyssal plains of our oceans, the archipelagos of our oceans and seas, to the lichen-encrusted rocks of ‘the planetary wastes’ of Antarctica, or our own intestinal microbiomes and comparative morphology across vertebrates, and beyond, we traverse space and time. In the web of life, we have non-linear time travel, as real and more intricate than the ancient light we see in the time machines of our telescopes peering out into the Universe. And the sentience here, there, present, past, and beyond, whom we encounter is us.
