The Ways and Means committee is holding a Silent Auction in conjunction with the Oktoberfest Dinner on October 16th. The auction will be kept open until the Congregational Meeting on November 7th. We would like donations for this event. Do you have “nicer” items you are willing to part with? These would be better than yard sale items, just an example would be a crystal vase or bake something special. Think about it and let Dinah Roe know.
Tickets are available via PayPal below or through Robbert in the office. They will not be available at the door.
- $20 for adults
- $12 for children, age 6-12
- No charge for children age 5 and under
The proposed menu for the Oktoberfest dinner is:
- German Sausages and mustards
- vegan/vegetarian option available
- sweet / sour red cabbage, apples and
- onions
- sauerkraut
- German potato salad / baked potato
- carrot salad and or cucumber salad
- bread
- apple crisp
